Delivery information
At TowBar2u we wish for your purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, we ship all UK packages by APC courier who deliver to the majority of the UK on the within 3 - 5 working days after the item was sent (this may vary in some rural locations).
Postal Charges
Please note we can only deliver to customers within the UK through courier, anywhere else will be Royal Mail. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.
From time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order, where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks inside our delivery service level agreement.
